Sound Healing?
Sound Healing is a unique therapy which uses specific instruments to produce sound frequencies, or vibration, to bring the body and mind into a state of harmony.
The healing properties of sound are received by the body, mind, and soul which induces a deep restorative state in the brain, activating the bodies self healing system.
Sound healing facilitates our bodies innate ability to heal, helping it to return to a natural state of being and health.

Sound therapy can contribute to overall well-being. With many spiritual, physical, mental, and emotional benefits a session is one of the best gifts you can give yourself.

What Happens
During a Sound Bath?
During a sound bath you can either lie down on a yoga mat with a pillow and a blanket or sit up in a chair— which
ever feels better for your body!
We will start with a quick meditation to help you to begin to relax and let go of any stress, worry or disharmony in your body.
During the meditation it can be helpful to set an intention for our time together, this can also give a busy mind "something to do" to help it become quiet.
Different instruments such as quartz crystal bowls, Zaphir chimes, rainsticks, and flow chimes create frequencies that will take you to a place of deep healing, comfort and rest.
Think of a session as a way to simply hit the "reset" button. All you have to do is relax and listen to the sounds and let them envelop you!
If any thoughts or mind chatter come up during the session just acknowledge them and then let them go.
Don't worry if you fall asleep! This is normal when you're so relaxed! This is fine as sleep may be what your body is needing at the time for its healing to occur.
